Job Summary

As a Product Manager on Casuro’s AI team, you will be at the forefront of developing and launching innovative AI-powered features and products. You will work cross-functionally to define and execute product strategies, lead the product development lifecycle, and deliver compelling experiences that delight our users. This is a high-impact, mid-level role for candidates who are passionate about AI technology and eager to make a difference in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for AI-powered features and products, from ideation to launch and iteration.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to define clear, actionable product requirements.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy in the AI space.
Define and monitor key product metrics and success criteria to guide decision-making and measure impact.
Work closely with stakeholders, including leadership, to prioritize the product roadmap and manage feature backlogs.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications that align with AI/ML team capabilities and goals.
Plan and manage product launches, ensuring effective go-to-market strategies and successful adoption.
Gather, analyze, and synthesize user feedback to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and enablement materials.

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in technology or AI-enabled companies.
Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, principles, and practical applications.
Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and data science.
Proven track record of launching and managing successful digital products.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with product management tools (such as Jira, Asana, Notion or similar).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience in AI/ML product development or related technologies.
Technical background or an aptitude for working closely with highly technical teams.
Experience working with agile development methodologies.
Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
Exposure to startup or high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Advanced degree (MBA or relevant master’s/PhD) is a plus.

Competitive salary range: $110,000 – $140,000 USD/year, depending on experience and qualifications.
