Job Summary

As a Mid-Level Webflow Developer at Casuro, you will play a key role in designing and developing visually stunning, high-performance websites using the Webflow platform. You will leverage your front-end coding skills and passion for user experience to deliver beautiful, functional sites that exceed client expectations. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and opportunities to work on a wide variety of projects in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive, visually engaging websites using Webflow's visual development platform

  • Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to extend and enhance Webflow functionalities

  • Build and maintain Webflow CMS structures and dynamic content systems

  • Create engaging animations and interactions using Webflow’s native tools

  • Collaborate closely with design teams to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow sites

  • Optimize websites for SEO, web performance, and accessibility standards

  • Integrate third-party tools and APIs into Webflow projects to extend site capabilities

  • Maintain and update existing Webflow sites, ensuring functionality and security

  • Work with Webflow Ecommerce to develop and enhance online store functionality

  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness for a seamless user experience

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of professional Webflow development experience

  • Strong portfolio showcasing 3-5 live Webflow projects

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom code implementation within Webflow

  • Experience with Webflow CMS, Ecommerce, and Interactions

  • Proficiency in Figma and experience with design-to-development workflows

  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development

  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization

  • Experience using version control and project management tools (such as Git, Jira, or similar)

  • Meticulous attention to detail and an ability to accurately translate designs to Webflow

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced Webflow features (Logic, Memberships, Forms)

  • Knowledge of modern web development frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js)

  • Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and automation

  • Understanding of conversion optimization techniques and A/B testing processes

  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (such as Google Analytics)

  • Basic understanding of backend concepts and databases
