Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong technical background in data analysis to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate across functions to transform business data into actionable insights that improve our products, inform strategic decisions, and support operational excellence. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and leadership to identify trends, optimize workflows, and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and large data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into data-focused solutions.
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key business and product performance indicators.
Conduct deep dives into user behaviors, process bottlenecks, and product usage to generate actionable recommendations.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
Support ongoing product and process optimizations using data-driven approaches.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and data solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) and data modeling is a plus.
Experience in SaaS, HRTech, or high-growth startup environments is advantageous.
