  Role Overview
  We seek a Product Manager who excels in fast-paced environments, thinks strategically, and delivers high-quality solutions with precision. You’ll partner with research, engineering, customer success, and leadership to define our product’s direction and relentlessly prioritize initiatives that drive impact. This role is hands-on and vital to our rapid growth.

   

  What You’ll Do

  • Own the product roadmap, define requirements, set feature priorities, and manage launch cycles.

  • Build a deep understanding of our users: recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering to define clear requirements and accelerate product delivery.

  • Design structured evaluation rubrics and tailored workflows for diverse job roles.

  • Lead user research, gather data-driven insights, run experiments, and drive product adoption.

  • Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) strategies, pricing models, and messaging.

  • Ensure a consistent and excellent user experience, including managing UI/UX feedback loops.

  • Maintain a strong focus on transparency, fairness, candidate experience, and delivering measurable hiring signals.

   

  What You Bring

  • Experience building B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy products (HRTech experience is a plus, but not required).

  • Demonstrated ability to ship quickly, iterate, learn, and refine products.

  • Strong product intuition: able to turn complex workflows into simple, effective solutions.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, working in zero-to-one environments, and engaging with customers daily.

  • High sense of ownership: you proactively solve problems and drive results.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with ATS platforms (Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse), LLM/agentic AI technologies, or hiring workflows.
